– Quality AssuranceAll fresh plants are in a preliminary step chapped immediately after harvesting. Their extracts and tinctures are processed in the facilities at Freidorf. In the new facilities at Romanshorn we process in most modern installations and equipment plant extracts at highest quality levels. Dried herbs are stored under controlled conditions. Our product offer includes the liquid,  spissum
and dry extracts as well as various productions processed according specific
needs or requirements from our customers.High quality standards are set for manufacturing Alpinamed’s extracts, intermediate and final products in order to meet the high requirements regarding quality, efficacy and safety. The plant material, fresh or dried, is processed in modern production equipment, using special techniques if required. All extracts – from the liquids, spissum to dry - are manufactured according to the c-GMP guidelines. Highest requirements in processing techniques, the use of high level equipment as well as the efficient quality assurance system guarantees reproducible process management und therefore the full spectre of efficacy of the desired plant.  The
various measures of quality assurance and in-process control, the use
of high-tech analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, DC, ASS, etc. allow
the documentation of the products to fulfil all regulatory needs.
Research & Development Alpinamed is constantly developing its own, promising projects in research and development on the base of plant extracts for the area of phytotherapy, cosmetics and nutraceuticals. Sales – Exports The selling of plant extracts to our industrial customers at national and international level is core to the sustainable growth and stability of Alpinamed. Special services and support Alpinamed is also able to offer its industrial customers support in development and registration of their new products and to provide extract finish, i.e. transforming the extracts into the intermediate form according to the customers specifications. Alpinamed also offers toll manufacturing of various galenic forms in smaller industrial batches. |
